You're in. Welcome to ReciLabel Pro.

Creem emailed a receipt to the address you paid with. Your licence key is printed inside that email, and you can always retrieve it again from your Creem customer portal.

  1. 1

Find the key in your inbox

Search your mail for Creem. The subject line is your receipt, and the key is four dash-separated groups of six characters, like K7M2PQ-9RT4SW-3XYZAB-C6D8EF. Nothing yet? Look in spam or promotions โ€” automated receipts land there more often than you'd think. Give it a minute before you worry.

  2. 2

    Open the builder

The activation box is right at the top of the page, or use the button below โ€” it opens the builder with the key prompt already up.

  3. 3

    Paste it and hit Activate

The bar turns green, the 8-ingredient limit disappears, and SVG / print-ready PDF export unlocks. That's it โ€” the key stays in this browser, so you only do this once per device.

Open the builder & paste my key Email us
I can't find the email, or the key is rejected

Email hello@recilabel.com from the address you paid with โ€” or forward the Creem receipt โ€” and we will send the key back to that same address. Include your Creem order ID if you have it. We do not need your card details, and never send a key by ordinary email without checking who you're replying to.

I hit a device limit

Each licence covers a few activated browsers. If you have used them all up โ€” new laptop, cleared browser data, that sort of thing โ€” email us and we will reset the count. Refunded or cancelled orders are the only keys we disable.

Refunds

7 days, no questions asked. Reply to your Creem receipt and ask for one; Creem is the seller of record and issues the refund. The key stops working after that.

One thing worth doing now

Save the receipt email somewhere you'll find it again. It is the only place the key lives โ€” we don't keep an account for you, and we don't store your recipes or your email anywhere on this site.
